The Jamal Abed Faculty of Architecture has successfully organized an Architecture Design Exhibition on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. The event aimed to showcase some of the best students’ projects that demonstrated a solid application of the fundamental and theoretical knowledge gained through 2 selected design studios of Fall 2022, namely studios III and V (3rd and 4th year) taught by Ms. Sandy Sabsabi.

The event created a platform for communication and discussion which brought together students, faculty members, and staff who publicly discussed the exhibited architectural projects. The project topics ranged between adaptive reuse of historic buildings in Al-Mina, social housing and communal life in Al-Tebbane area, and surgical architectural intervention within urban voids and in-between spaces of the city.
