Holds a PhD in Physics majoring in Materials Science from Ecole Polytechnique “l’X”, Paris-Saclay University, France (2016). She received a BS degree in Fundamental Physics (2011) from the Lebanese University and a master’s degree in Nanoscience and Functional Materials (2013) from the Doctoral School of Science and Technology attached to the Lebanese University. She ranked first during all the five years and received a ministerial grant from Ecole Polytechnique to prepare a PhD in LPICM laboratory. During her PhD, she became an expert in Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and studied silicon thin films for photovoltaic applications while collaborating with international companies such as Total and Air Liquide. Then she joined the CNRS in Orléans, France (2017) to prepare a post-doc in the field of nuclear applications under EuroFusion European project. Her research focused on studying the structure of some nanomaterials using Transmission Electron Microscopy. As a result of her research activities, she published 4 papers in peer reviewed journals and participated in 7 international conferences. She was rewarded for the best poster in the Workshop on the Energy Transition in Palaiseau in October 2016, as well as for her “distinguished scholarly contributions” by AZM University in July 2019. She is currently teaching Physics and Materials Science courses at AZM University.
